Quotation

Our will provide a clear quotation based on the information provided by the guests, the number of people, the number of travel days, the tourist peak season and the off-season and other factors, and this quotation is also a contract.

Payment

You can choose to remit to our Morocco company account (Euro) or Hong Kong personal account (HKD). The Guest is responsible for the payment of the remittance administration fee, which is not included in the group fee.

Payment the Deposit

To confirm the content and amount of the quotation, please pay a 50% deposit to confirm the registration. No appointment will be arranged until we receive any deposit), and places will not be reserved.

After remittance, please email the "Receipt" to dreamdersertmoro@gmail.com or WhatsApp +212 610-672-079 to us.

The "Remittance Receipt" and all our conversation records are your proof.

After we make sure to collect your 50% deposit, we will book various hotels and itineraries, etc.

Cancellation and Refund

‧ After the customer pays the deposit, if the customer requests to cancel the trip or charter service regardless of any

  accidents or problems, the company must deduct a 20% handling fee from the total deposit. Accommodation and tour

  bus fees are also non-refundable and non-transferable:
‧ Within 90 days before departure, 20% of the total amount will be refunded (calculated after deducting the above items).
‧ Within 60 days before departure, the total amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
‧ Refunds due to personal factors will not be accepted. If the plane is grounded, please file a claim with the airline.

The above terms are finally subject to the quotation contract.
